Warm up a dollop of the balm in the hollow of your hands and then softly massage onto the entire body until the oil is absorbed.

If necessary pay particular attention to tension areas: neck, shoulders, lower back.

 Can be used on a daily basis.

Store at room temperature and away from heat.

Do not expose yourself to the sun after application.
